Minunsle's sister, they tend to be more timid then Minunsle, but that doesn't mean that they won't get their hands(?) dirty if they need to. Pluslenun does have a similar biology to Minunsle, except the roles are swapped(which means they have mainly Plusle DNA with some Minun DNA).
